Where are the prints made?
Each one of our premium prints is produced in Melbourne, Australia using the highest quality materials. Each custom-made frame is personally handcrafted by the Pixmagic team in our Melbourne workshop.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We Accept All Major Credit Cards Such As Visa, Mastercard, American Express, As Well As Paypal, Apple Pay And Google Pay.
Can I Make Changes to My Order?
Once an order has been automatically started at one of our printing facilities, we cannot make any changes. That said, we usually have up to 3 days to correct mistakes and make adjustments.
So, if you realise a mistake’s been made during the checkout process, please let us know immediately.

How Long Does Shipping Take?
Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Typical delivery times are listed on our shipping information page.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping costs and times may vary depending on the destination.
What happens if I had an incorrect shipping address?
If you notice your shipping address was incorrect after checkout, please contact us within 24 hours.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our printing facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Can I Track my Order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its delivery status.
RETURNS
I’ve Changed My Mind, Can I Get A Refund?
Our prints are custom-made to your specifications, and as such, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for changes of mind.
My Print Arrived Damaged/incorrect. What Do I Do?
If a product has been damaged during the shipping process, or you received an incorrect item, we’ll need photos to verify the damage and/or to confirm which incorrect item was shipped. This helps us understand what went wrong, and helps to make sure we prevent similar issues for you and other customers in the future.
We’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
Can I get a reprint if I'm not satisfied?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your print, let us know! We’ll work with you to understand the issue and offer a reprint to meet your expectations.

Can a gift card be used more than once?
Yes, as long as there is still a balance remaining on the card.
Can more than one gift card be used towards a purchase?
Yes. You can redeem another gift card during checkout.
Can gift cards be used in conjunction with a discount code?
Yes, gift cards are a form of payment.
Does my gift card expire?
No, the gift cards do not have an expiry date.
